Meet Moxie Squad

I’m Brandon, a 20+ year Marine Corps veteran, former Amazonian, and MBA, bringing military precision and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction to pet waste removal. My family and I have lived in VA, FL, NC, near Great Lakes Naval Base in IL, and served nearly 3 years in Stuttgart, Germany, before settling in our Barrington home. For 16 years, we were blessed with our faithful Jack Russell, Riley, who crossed the rainbow bridge shortly after our move here. Now, alongside Moxie, my loyal Rottweiler, we’re starting fresh—On Doody Duty for Barrington and beyond!

Does Moxie Squad ® Clean the Entire Yard? Moxie Squad ® will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round? Yes! Moxie Squad ® provides dog waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. We may pause for large snowfall or extreme cold, but will coordinate for a suitable alternate and pause service.

How do you ensure the safety of my dogs? The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Moxie Squad ®. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.

Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services? No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or via email.

How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup? Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Each location is slightly different. We will either place it in each customer’s trash can or dispose of it with Waste Management.

Do I need to be home during the service? No! Moxie Squad does not require you to be home for your pooper scooper service. We simply ask that you allow easy access to your backyard.
